Q1) What were the key challenges you faced in deploying new signalling technologies? 
Change management was the biggest challenge. The change of processes and organisation to fulfill the new requirements regarding quality and service.

Q2) What do you see as the main operational benefits of ETCS following your migration?
Increase of safety level and cutting operational costs for platform management.

Q1) What are the main challenges you face as an operator in migrating across to ETCS systems?
Homologation takes too much time, high up-front cost, no capacity increase. There is no business case

Q2) What do you consider the main impact of the new technology upon your operations?
ERTMS makes simple operations more complex, there is extra cost, reduced capacity, software upgrades, software knowledge capability needed and the list goes on.
